Q: What is the Bimbee app?

A: This app allows parents to find and suggest activities for their children, access activities offered by other parents, and meet parents with children of the same age living in the same city.

Q: How can I sign up?

A: Click on "Sign up" on the app’s homepage, then fill out the registration form with your personal information. You will receive an activation code via SMS so we can validate your phone number and confirm the creation of your Bimbee account.

Q: Is the app free to use?

A: Yes, signing up and using the basic features of the app is free. However, some premium features may require a subscription (monthly or yearly).


Finding Activities

Q: How can I find activities for my children?

A: Go to the "Explore" section and use filters by activity type (indoor, outdoor, sports, snacks, food, cultural).

Q: Can I save activities to view later?

A: Yes, you can add activities to your favorites by clicking on the heart icon.

Suggesting Activities

Q: How do I suggest an activity?

A: Go to the "Create" section, fill out the form with the activity details (title, description, recommended age, location, date, etc.), and submit it. Your activity will be visible after validation by our team within a maximum of 24 business hours.

Q: What are the rules for suggesting an activity?

A: The suggested activities must be safe, child-appropriate, and comply with local laws. We reserve the right to decline any activity that does not meet these standards.

Accessing Activities Suggested by Other Parents

Q: How can I view activities suggested by other parents?

A: In the "Explore" section, you will find a list of activities suggested by the community. Use filters to find the ones that interest you the most.

Q: Can I contact the parents who suggested an activity?

A: Yes, you can send a message directly on the "wall" of the activity once you’ve indicated that you want to participate.

Meeting Other Parents

Q: How can I meet other parents with children the same age as mine?

A: Use the "Explore" section to find activities that interest you, then connect with parents who have children of the same age. You can check the profiles of parents who want to participate in the same activity and communicate with them before the activity via the activity detail page.


Safety and Privacy

Q: How are my personal data protected?

A: We take the security of your data very seriously. All personal information is encrypted and securely stored. Please consult our Privacy Policy for more details.

Q: What should I do if I encounter an issue or want to report abuse?

A: You can contact our customer support at support@bimbee.app. We’re here to help and will handle your request as quickly as possible. Additionally, you can report a message directly from the app on the activity page, or report a profile directly from the app’s profile page of the person you want to report.

Q: How do I delete my account?

A: You can do this directly from your app in the Profile tab, then Settings. Once the deletion confirmation is validated, all your data will be erased, including your profile, preferences, activities, messages on activities, participation in activities, and favorites.
